A dll that will assist in making changes to SharePoint's web.config. This library is packaged as an installable solution (.wsp).

About
When you're developing, you can just add a reference to the .dll in your project. On your SharePoint server you can deploy the .dll using the solution file or just drop the .dll in the GAC.

There is a usage example detailed in the readme.rtf. There is also an example feature receiver class in the source code. Example
